Short Bio/History:
Faith was born in Boston to a mother that was an alcoholic and didn't know who her father was. It could have been anyone who 'patroned her mother's services,' so it was a question that Faith would never have answered. While that may be a problem on its own, Faith would experience many more problems as they came along.
With her home life being what it was, it wasn't too much of a shock that that, by her eighth birthday, she had been taken away by the state and put into a foster home. She didn't have *too* much better luck with foster homes, though. She was wild and rambunctious, and tended to get sent back to the children's home a lot because the foster parents couldn't deal with her. By the time she was fourteen, she had run away for the first time, and, after getting picked up and brought back a couple more times, only to run away again, she finally figured out that the best way to not get picked up again was to leave the Boston area.
Faith learned about vampires the good old fashioned way: she got picked up at a club by one and then had to fight him off when she realized what he wanted. She managed to succeed, lucky for her, finding a broken board in the alley they were in and sinking it into his chest. She seemed to have the bad luck of running into them again and again, kind of getting good at killing vampires through the regular 'school of hard knocks' sort of way. She is not trained in any real sort of way, just sort of figuring it out on her own.
She initially decided to head toward California because of an assumption that, because California was sunny, there would be less vampires. Apparently, this was not the case. She ran out of money by the time she hit Sunnydale, and has sort of set up some roots there. Right now she is staying in a cheap motel, getting money with some panhandling and pickpocketing.

1. What is your real, birth name? What name do you use? Any nicknames? If so, where did you get it? Faith Lehane. My mother wasn't creative enough to come up with a middle name, and no one has ever given me a nickname.
2. How do you dress most of the time? Jeans, tank top, boots. Simple yet me.
3. How do you "dress up" and "dress down?" Leather for up...and for down, too. *winks*
4. What do you wear when you go to sleep? Like I would wear anything. *snorts*
5. Do you wear any jewelry? Nope
6. In your opinion, what is your best feature? My ass.
7. What's your real birth date? December 14. Seems I share a birthday with the vampire. You know which one.
8. Where do you live? Describe it: Is it messy, neat, avant-garde, sparse, etc I live with Giles. It sort of feels like a library. However, my room is what some call 'messy teenager.'
